Bellevue Botanical Garden

A beautiful green space in the heart of the city. Plenty of walking trails, beautiful flowers & greenery with many benches to sit and take in nature's beauty. The hydrangeas are absolutely gorgeous. The ravine experience with the suspension bridge is nice, especially for kids. The Japanese Garden (Yao Garden) has wonderful colors especially in the fall. The rock garden is full of bloom during late spring / summer. Plenty of free parking and free entrance (except for the lights festival that is held in the evenings before Christmas). During the Christmas lights, parking at the park fills up very quickly but there is plenty of parking a short walk away.

1st visit: what a beautiful botanical garden. Spring was truly springing. There were so many pretty flowers in there. I especially enjoyed the Satura cherry blossom tree. The large birds nests are fun. The Ravine was so cool to experience. A full day is needed to the explore gardens. There’s so much to see. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Oh, it’s free!

Such a peaceful and beautiful place to visit in Bellevue. The garden is well maintained, full of lovely flowers and greenery, and perfect for relaxing, walking, or taking photos. The atmosphere feels calm and refreshing — a great escape from busy days. Definitely one of my favorite spots to enjoy nature. Highly recommend visiting! 🌿🌸

Absolutely stunning gardens. The weather was perfect as we wandered along the paths, taking in the beauty of nature at every turn. Vibrant flowers, lush greenery, and peaceful surroundings made for a truly enjoyable experience. It was the perfect day to slow down, appreciate the scenery, and enjoy the tranquility of the gardens.
