One of the best places I spent most of my day at. Great place to gather for coffee of small bites. I highly recommend Cantina Monarca, The W, or Paddy Coneys!! Lots of fun things to do! Best quick shop I’ve done in years!!!

A great place to go for drinks, snacks, desserts, shareables, or dinner. And after you are done eating, there are a lot of shops and places to walk off the food you eat. Really enjoyed the coffee shop here, along with Nordstrom rack, and then ended with cocktails at Civility and Unrest. Great place to unwind and relax, and it's also very conveniently located near other Bellevue shopping areas.

Nice mall but not as nice as Bellevue Square. They don’t have all the stores that I was looking for like the Apple Store. There is a Macy’s, which was nice. There are some nice blown glass artworks in the buildings. Check this mall out if you’re looking for general shopping. It’s not high end but it’s not as bad as Everett Mall. 😄

Love this spot! Its a little upscale. Lots of good food, art, shopping, nice open spaces, clean, convenient parking, and easy to get to other buildings without hitting the street via the sky bridges. Living Room and Ascend are fun. Nordstrom Rack has lots of good finds and I was suprised to see it there.

Everything is within reasonable walking distance in Factoria. The Factoria Mall is no different. The Asian food places come with a high reccomend from me. Even Red Robin is "YUM!" The only issue I have ever had was when I went to rent some office space. The lease company and security and the property management company are all separate companies. You need to make 3 separate appointments in order to have them show you a place... even then, in my experience, it was like pulling hair to get security and management to answer their phone I don't mean to be harsh about this, but the whole situation made me reluctant to rent from them. It's not a wonder there are quite a few empty stores if that is the treatment that potential renters get. Hopefully, it wasn't because I'm physically disabled. I give them the benefit of the doubt in this case that it wasn't because I'm disabled, and perhaps I just tried to rent from them at a bad time. I don't know.

It's a great place to eat. So many wonderful restaurants to chose from. Baron XI'AN (Chinese ) Lake house (farm fresh) Taylor shellfish (raw oysters) Dukes chowder house.( Fresh fish delicious chowder) Japanessa (sushi) and Fago De Chao

Nordstrom Rack is a wonderful place to shop; other stores primarily offer leisure items or food.

Bellevue Square is a great shopping destination with a fantastic mix of stores, from luxury brands to everyday favorites. The spacious layout makes it easy to explore, and the dining options are perfect for a quick break or a full meal. It’s a spot I’ll definitely return to!
