Mud Bay

- great shop, spacious, good variety - This store is huge with tons of selections of everything from cat litter to raw food for both cats and dogs. They even have a litter lab for you to try different kinds of litter they carry. I thought that was super cool. I've also seen raw food for cats in the fridge which is hard to come by anywhere else (they are usually for dogs). The staff here are friendly to greet me, but didn't ask me any questions or help excessively to make me uncomfortable.

This Mud Bay location is one of my favorites. I try to come in every Thursday morning when I have time. I know 3 or 4 of the employees really well, I am always greeted at the door with a warm welcome in, always asked if there is anything they can do to help - they always answer my questions to the best of their ability and if they are unsure of any answers or don't have a product in stock, they always offer to check other stores. If I think a product has gone up in price they never have an issue searching what I paid for the product last time. Mud Bay in general is the only pet store I shop at. I moved to Mill Creek so I go to that location often now but Bellevue is my favorite location so I try to stop in when I am in town & have the time. Thank you Mud Bay for being so kind, helpful and through.

Stopped in here while in town visiting to grab some treats for our pup! Loved the set up of the shop, loved the way the treats were displayed and easy to grab! At the counter last second saw these neck coolers for dogs. Of course had to grab one for my girl which came in super handy for the trip! Staff was super friendly! Great prices! Wish we had one closer to home!

Though this location carries the same stuff as the other Mud Bay, the customer service here is better than the Redmond location.

Helpful and friendly staff. I always come back here and order food for my pets here.

Picked up a cute fish toy from here for my little dog tonight and it's safe to say y'all have a new satisfied customer.

Amazing service and selection ETA - I came in while my sweet dog was having surgery down the street. I forgot his bed for the 3 hour drive home and wanted to get him something comfortable. The associates were SO kind in letting me talk out my nerves and helped me find the best bed for the ride home and his recovery and choose and stock up on ALL the amazing treats he'd need while he was rehabbing for two months! The staff made a very hard day a little more bearable! Can't wait to have a chance to visit again!
